Debbie began her journey in the health leisure & fitness industry in 2001.

Through teaching exercise to music classes Debbie found a natural inclination toward further training in yoga and holistic therapy to help with daily life’s impact on body and mind.

Furthermore driven to seek help with long standing back pain Debbie discovered pilates was the best way to manage it. Qualifying in 2009 with the widely recognised Body Control Pilates, she soon took the leap to distance herself from teaching large classes in leisure centres to share her enthusiasm by teaching small attentive groups in local venues and personal tuition in her studio.

Debbie has a timetable providing zoom group classes Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and private classes on demand.
