Personal Training can be arranged at your convenience - at my studio or if you prefer at your home. One to one sessions allow the flexibility to tailor the session specifically to the individual's requirements.

For pilates the exercises are then designed for specific needs; for yoga - an individual may seek to have more attention on relaxation and meditation, another may be looking to focus more on asanas.

You will require a few introductory sessions if you are new to pilates in order to join an established group class so that you will beneift fully, understand the underpinning and important principles and to work safely in the group environment.
