What personal data do I collect?
When you make an enquiry I collect your name, contact number and email address. This may be collected via email, telephone, or both. When you make a confirmed booking with me, I ask you for your name, email address, contact telephone number and address and emergency contact as well as medical information. All information is collected on a completed enrolment form. I also collect your name and signature when you sign your enrolment form.
Why do I collect this information?
The information collected is used to contact you regarding classes. Your nominated emergency contact will be accessed if needs be. Your medical information is necessary for my assessment in your ability to take part in the exercises.
What do I do with your information?
Your information is stored securely on my password protected device solely used. I also keep copies of any emails and documents you send me. I may also keep a hard copy of your form in a locked filing cabinet.
How long do I keep your information for?
If you have just made an enquiry about a new booking I will keep your personal data until you have decided whether or not to book. If you decide you will not go ahead, I will promptly delete your personal data. If you go ahead with a regular booking, I will keep your information for as long as you continue to book with me. After termination of your bookings, I will keep your personal data for 6 months. After 6 months it will be securely destroyed. I keep a copy of your payments for 7 years as it is a legal requirement to keep financial information for this long.
Your rights over your information
You can ask me to stop using your information, which you can do at any time by emailing me. This will mean that I will have to terminate your booking with me.
