In my experience of teaching yoga since 2004, it is something people look into when they realise they need to relax.
The thing is, most dont know how to. We need to learn. We are so busy rushing around and filling every moment.
A misconception is that yoga is only about "stretching". Stretching is an element and that is achieved within performing asanas (postures).
My classes are designed to be tailored to each individual. You will not be required to tie yourself in knots!
The session incorporates breathing and relaxation techniques, some easy meditation ideas and ultimately to be in the moment.
